Delivered at 12.15pm, by 12.40 I was already vacuuming the stairs - just shows how easy it was to put together. I love the pet tool for the stairs. Overall, extremely happy with the product- easy to empty, cord the right length. Nothing to complain about as far as I can tell. Also it doesn’t tangle the fringes on one of my rugs like a previous vacuum did, which is a great bonus!

Great features & easy to operate.
Love this new vacuum. Seems to have covered everything that other vacuums don't do because of the various options available by splitting the system into component parts. So far the only issue that I have found is that on some carpet piles it's quite difficult to manoeuvre when on full suction however this can be corrected by reducing the suction slide on the handle. Would highly recommend buying this vacuum.
